Current Projects
DCS is in the Middle of a project for Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. To date we have completed Cleanliness APPA audits of each building and a Grounds APPA Audi. We are currently writing the APPA report on the Maintenance Department. The facility has gone out to RFI and DCS is building the RFP documents with MRU Purchasing and Facility Management being heavily involved.
DCS also started-up the Toronto Transit Commission Quality Auditing of their vehicle fleet. We use Cleantelligent software that has been tweaked to reflect the needs of the TTC in their reporting process. DCS started this contract in mid January 2016 and our Inspector, Shawn Farrell, has already found ways to improve the auditing process and reporting process.
Recent Additions to the DCS Team
DCS is proud to have recently added two members to the DCS Team: Gina Lee and Steve Pollard.
Gina Lee started with DCS Global Enterprise in late 2015 in the BC/Washington Marketplace. Gina has been involved heavily with the Technical Analysis of the CBRE USA RFP work that the DCS Team is working on. We welcome Gina to the DCS Global Enterprise Team.
Steve Pollard Joined DCS in February 2016 and he is patiently meeting clients and presenting our portfolio to the marketplace. Steve is a great addition to the DCS Team and you can find him Volunteering at BOMA events and at the Calgary Stampede. If you see Harry the Horse, you’ve found Steve!
